All Greyhound owners should check their dogs after each run and be able to find muscle tears and soreness but shoulders and sciatic nerve should be left to the professionals. See my VIDEO page for the "Open Day Demonstration" treatment on a greyhound with before and after footage to compare symptoms and improved composition.
Some of the symptoms to look for in the racing greyhound
Problems associated with shoulders:
Running off or easing off in the bends
Not being able to get down in the boxes and therefore missing the start
Greyhounds that continously run with shoulders out will eventually drop the left pin muscle
Pull up with sore wrists
Not extending out in front
Most Metacarpal and wrist problems come from the shoulders
Problems associated with the sciatic nerve:
Missing the start
Crabbing
Cramping across the saddle or wither
Lack of drive
Referral pain causing muscle soreness down the stiffle, hamstring and as far down as the calf muscles
Greyhounds can drop back muscles, tear hip supports and triangle muscles due to bad referral pain from a pinched sciatic nerve which causes chronic muscle spasms
Many dogs are fighters and hard to handle due to soreness caused through pinched nerves. Laser and Ultrasonic work will not remove muscle soreness due to referral pains caused through nerve problems - chiropractic treatments are all that will work to solve these problems and better your racing days!

GREYHOUND OWNERS/TRAINERS TESTIMONIALS I HAVE PLENTY MORE IF REQUIRED
DOC IS CURRENTLY NOT TAKING ON ANY NEW GREYHOUNDS AS CLIENTS...
In the past, Greyhound Trainers/Owners who have used Doc and had proven improvement in winning times, only attributable to Docs treatments, have told other people not to use him and that he is not good at what he does. Obviously these trainers maintained the upper hand with no opponents in the field being clients of Docs and their winning times speak for themselves.
While this may be a clever competitive way to maintain sole use of someone capable of improving racing times by many lengths, in the past it proved detrimental to Docs business and reputation with it filtering back to the pet industry, causing not only a loss of business but the loss of the lives of many loved pets which would not have happened if their owners had not been deterred from making an appointment with Doc through the bad sportsmanship of the Greyhound Racing Industry. This is inconsiderate and will not be tolerated in the future.
FOR ALL OF THOSE TRAINERS WHO KEEP ASKING DOC TO TREAT THEIR GREYHOUNDS, AND THOSE WHO ASKED EARLIER IN 2009, YOU ARE INVITED TO PUT YOUR NAME DOWN AND YOU WILL BE CONTACTED WHEN DOC IS NOT INVOLVED DIRECTLY WITH ANY RACING INTERESTS HIMSELF TO TREAT YOUR GREYHOUNDS AS A PRIORITY AT THAT TIME
